Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, Selah Tea Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work to make it right. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Cancellations: To request a cancellation, contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order and include your order number. We’ll cancel and refund the order to your original payment method if we receive your request within that window and can stop the order before it’s processed. After 15 minutes, cancellation requests may not be possible.
